Returns & Exchanges

At Bala Boutique we know that you want your purchases to be just right.  So just in case it’s not exactly what you’d hoped it might be here is what you can do:

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. AFTER 14 DAYS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Headbands and jewelry cannot be returned.
  • Swimwear is not returnable.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Online Purchases:

Unworn items purchased online may be returned to either Bala Boutique location for refund, exchange, or store credit.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Send your package to the store using the shipping method of your choice.
  2. Please allow 2-3 days for return processing. Your return will be refunded to your original method of payment.  If you paid with a gift card, we will send you a new one with the correct amount.  Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In Store purchases:

Unworn items accompanied with a receipt purchased at one of our physical locations are eligible for exchange or store credit.  NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES.
